설치했는데 키보드가 안 보입니다

iOS는 앱을 설치해도 서드파티 키보드를 자동으로 켜지 않습니다. 한 번만 직접 추가하면 됩니다.

추가한 뒤에는 입력 중에 지구본 키를 길게 눌러 ReachType으로 전환합니다. 앱의 첫 탭 "시작하기"가 이 과정을 화면으로 안내합니다.

전체 접근 권한을 요청하지 않나요?

요청하지 않습니다. ReachType은 전체 접근 권한 없이 동작하며, 그래서 입력한 내용이 기기를 벗어날 수 없습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 보세요.

분할 레이아웃이 아니라 일반 키보드가 나옵니다

키보드 폭이 분할 배치에 필요한 만큼 되지 않으면(아이폰 크기의 앱 화면, Slide Over 등) 자동으로 기본 레이아웃으로 바뀝니다. 정상 동작입니다. 감추기 키를 길게 누르면 현재 세션의 레이아웃만 바꿀 수도 있습니다.

여백·키 크기 슬라이더가 잠겨 있습니다

하단·좌우 여백, 키 높이와 글자 키 너비, 분할 배열 네 가지, 추가 키 모음, 꾸미기 요소는 ReachType Pro(일회성 구입)에서 열립니다. 분할·기본 전환, 줄마다 다른 분할 위치, 한글·영어 설정, 길게 눌러 반복 입력은 무료로 쓸 수 있습니다.

구입을 복원하려면

앱의 ReachType Pro 화면에서 "구매 내역 복원"을 누르세요. 같은 Apple 계정이면 추가 결제 없이 복원됩니다.

I installed it but the keyboard doesn't appear

iOS does not enable a third-party keyboard when you install its app. You add it once, by hand:

After that, hold the globe key while typing to switch to ReachType. The app's first tab, "Get started", walks through this on screen.

Does it ask for Full Access?

No. ReachType works without Full Access, which is what makes it impossible for what you type to leave the device. See the privacy policy.

I get the ordinary keyboard instead of the split one

When the keyboard is narrower than the split layout needs — an iPhone-sized app view, Slide Over — it falls back to the basic layout on its own. That is expected. Holding the dismiss key also switches layout for the current session only.

The padding and key size sliders are locked

Bottom and side padding, key height and letter-key width, the four split arrangements, the extra key row and the decoration open with ReachType Pro (a one-time purchase). Switching between the split and basic layouts, the per-row split points, the Korean/English setting and press-and-hold repeat are free.

Restoring a purchase

Tap "Restore Purchases" on the app's ReachType Pro screen. The same Apple Account restores it at no further charge.
